Use ingredients such as seaweed, kombu, bonito, shiitake mushrooms, and small fish.

The dashi powder packets are ground and prepared according to the golden dashi ratio of Japanese craftsmen.
No additives, allowing you to eat more safely,
It is very easy to use whether it is stir-frying, making soup, hot pot, or stewing.
